Below, you will find the Registration form to attend a FaithWalk Springfield weekend as a first time FaithWalk Believer. If you have attended a previous 4th day weekend such as Discipleship Walk, Tres Dias, Great Banquet, Walk to Emmaus, Chrysalis, Cursillo, etc., you are not allowed to attend FaithWalk as a first time believer, but may instead serve as a member of our FaithWalk team. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy, 3:16,17)

We believe that there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (2 Corinthians 13:14, Romans 8:9)

We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (John 1:1-3, Matthew 1:23, 1 Peter 2:22,1 Corinthians 15, 1 John 2:2, 1 Thes 4:16-17)

We believe all people are born in sin and are lost and sinful by their very nature. That the salvation of lost and sinful people is obtained only by God’s grace and through personal faith in the redemptive work Jesus accomplished on the cross with the shedding of His blood. Salvation is offered freely to all who place their faith in Jesus as their personal savior. (Romans 5:8, Romans 10:17, Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, Romans 10:13)

We believe that God has established marriage as a lifelong, exclusive relationship between one man and one woman and that all intimate sexual activity outside the marriage relationship, whether heterosexual, homosexual, or otherwise, is immoral and therefore sin (Gen. 2:24-25; Ex. 20:14, 17, 22:19; Lev. 18:22-23, 20:13, 15-16; Matt. 19:4-6, 9; Rom. 1:18-31; I Cor. 6:9-10, 15-20; I Tim. 1:8-11; Jude 7). We believe that God created the human race male and female and that all conduct with the intent to adopt a gender other than one’s birth gender is immoral and therefore sin (Gen.1:27; Deut. 22:5).

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. (Romans 5:5)

We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. (Matthew 25:46)

We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. (Galatians 3:28, Phil 2:2, Col 3:14)
